Daniel’s legal practice has always been focussed exclusively in the area of family law. Before joining Dani Z Frodis Barristers, he articled and was an associate at a leading family law firm in Toronto. Daniel has worked on family law cases at all levels of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal.
In addition to writing and co-authoring several papers on family law issues, Daniel provides legal research for the Annotated Ontario Children's Law Reform Act text. Daniel is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and regularly participates in continuing legal education programs.
Daniel studied sociology and anthropology at the University of Toronto before completing his law degree at Osgoode Hall Law School. During his time at Osgoode, Daniel was involved in the Family Law Project and the Mediation Intensive Program.
