Ilana Arje-Goldenthal

Experienced in a full breadth of family law issues, I advise on parenting, support, income issues, property disputes and intricate financial matters. No matter how simple or complex the legal issue at hand, there is one thing I want my clients to know throughout the process: I’m here for you.

Prior to my time at Frodis Family Law, I completed my clerkship for the judges of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in Toronto, I earned my Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, and I was called to the Bar in 2016. I was the 2015 winner of the John E. Van Duzer Scholarship Award for a paper in Family Law, and the 2013 winner of the Laskin Prize in Constitutional Law. Today, I’m happy to be a member of the Ontario Bar Association (OBA) and an Executive in the Family Law Section of the OBA.

With the skills and experience to represent you at every level of court in Ontario, I’m a lawyer who you can depend on for efficiency, education, patience and intent listening. Participating regularly in alternative dispute resolution processes, I maintain an open mind with a strategic view so that I may craft highly creative and beneficial settlements for my clients.
